Moving trucks, delivery vehicles, and contractor access
Important
Regular guest passes cannot be used for commercial vehicles, contractors, or service providers. Commercial vehicles require separate authorization as described below.

Arranging access for a moving truck, contractor, or delivery to your property.

Provide your Resident ID, the company name, and the date(s) needed
The company purchases their pass at Greenwood Gate or Ocean Gate on arrival

Moving company, contractor, or commercial operator needing access.
Ask the property owner to call Security Dispatch to authorize your visit
Purchase a daily or weekly pass at Greenwood Gate or Ocean Gate Cash Only

Annual decals are available at DriveSeaPines.com. Pick up at the CSA office, 32 Greenwood Drive, Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Standard Commercial Hours
Monday — Saturday, 7:00 AM — 7:00 PM
No access on Sundays
No Commercial Access on These Holidays
After-Hours or Emergency Access
If you need commercial access between 7pm and 7am, call Security Dispatch at 843-671-7170 to arrange special access. Standard entry fees still apply.
Additional Rules
- •Commercial vehicles and trailers may not remain overnight on job sites
- •Oversized transport vehicles and commercially marked vans cannot be parked in residential driveways overnight
- •Work areas must be cleaned at the end of each day
- •Outdoor power equipment must meet 65 dBA maximum noise limit (effective Jan 1, 2026)
